At Audacity, we take each individual through an extensive process to assess goals, mobility restrictions, injury risk due to imbalance, and physical ability. We then take all of this data and create a tailored program just for you!
The journey doesn’t stop there, though; we will systematically reassess your progress throughout your ID experience and make adjustments based on a variety of factors; most importantly, what you want and need as an athlete.
