Our signature Strength & Conditioning classes are for all levels and ages, combining traditional bodybuilding and toning movements, strength training, accessory and midline/core work, plus some cardio - all via a varied daily format and an abundance of equipment (e.g. barbells, dumbbells, etc). In general, the first half of class will be the most strength-focused while the second half of class will be a faster-paced sweat.
Strong AF will NOT incorporate the more technical CrossFit movements such as Olympic Lifting or high-skill gymnastics movements, but it WILL be just as rewarding and efficient at building strength, endurance, and training performance.
All components of Strong AF workouts can be adjusted in weight and mechanics. This gives all members the flexibility to jump into a class to increase intensity or spend time focusing on weaknesses without compromising their main goal. Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete.
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration.
